    Call Screening & Processing

    Your business is provided with a dedicated account associated with your phone number in NurseCom’s secure telephone system. Services you contract with NurseCom for will be processed in this account based on your customized protocol.

    Clinical Assessment & Solution

    Depending on your contracted services, NurseCom’s Team of RN’s, Pump Technicians, and Customer Care Representatives will rely on your protocol and their expertise to provide excellent care and safe outcomes of every call. Our Triage RN’s use the Briggs Telephone Triage Protocols and algorithms specific to the reason for call to implement the most efficient and cost effective intervention.

    Continuity of Care

    Once a call is complete, the details of the call are entered in the patient’s medical record. A daily summary of all calls will be dispatched to as many recipients as you specify. Our Client Services Team goes the extra mile to monitor your account’s activity and will communicate to you any obvious concern they identify regarding patient safety or call outcome for your review.
